Wipe your Blood is the seventeenth chapter of Usogui and the eighth chapter of Volume 2.

Summary
There's a flashback about how Q-Tarou loves to "give hope to live on" to people that had given up on life and kill them afterwards and this is the psychology behind ceasing the hostility. Baku and Kaji pretend to fight over sacrificing to Rodem, but the counterattack begins when Baku cuts the cable and tells Kokonoe that the explosion from before blew up some caustic soda that Baku prepared and while all this chattering happened, the effects of this hazardous substance were showing.
Even if the direct explosion didn't affect Rodem, the corpse he carried was already contaminated and also Rodem rubbed his eyes with his hands. Kokonoe still orders Rodem to kill Baku, but Baku has already picked up a gun and aimed it at him.
