When cases started rising across the world the French Military commisioned them to make the, weapons to fight against the virus, They were threaten and attacked by Gare 17 Bandits causing the Facility to be flooded, and the only known worker is Jack Fletcher which was bringing the Western Prototype to the Facility before being destroyed in a plane crash
