Pedro was a Common NPC in Unturned 3 in the map Rio de Janeiro. He was a civilian located on the NAM Bahia. Upon interacting with The Player he will say any of the randomly 10 cycled dialogues. He was located on main deck at a berthing compartment.
Behavior:
Pedro was a static NPC, meaning he cannot move or navigate at all. At the moment, he as well as the entire NAM Bahia Safezone was removed during the Rio Update.
When spoken he and all the other survivors will say any of the random dialogues.
It's great finally being somewhere where it's safe. The squids are kinda strict, though. When I came on, they patted me down and took all my ammo!
I've overheard some of the officers saying that this boat is not going to leave Rio. Hopefully that's not the case.
Sometimes I miss being able to traverse the mainland. But then again, it's safer here.
The food here is awful. Canned beans for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? No thanks.
I swear those scientist guys injected something bad into me. After my vaccine, I've been a lot smellier than usual.
When I first heard of those ZE guys, they don't sound bad. However, a guy I know said they somehow killed off the majority of Niteroi and Copacabana, and that's awful!
Don't drink the water they serve here. I've heard that those ZPD guys put stuff in the water so you forget. I don't even remember my name. Oh wait, it was 'Pedro.
There was a shady guy I saw walking around here a few times. From the looks of him, the guy was definitely was a terrorist. Wonder why the squids haven't arrested him yet.
Maybe if Brazil declined the Internationals this year, none of this would have happened! This may be a bit selfish to say, but Russia or Germany should have got it.
While the squids let you go wherever, I wouldn't recommend getting on their bad side. There's a reason there aren't any prison cells on this boat.
The NAM Bahia and its NPCs were planned, and partially implemented but weren't completed due to a member quitting while the project was in progress.
The original plan was to finish it in a future update.
Currently the NAM Bahia and its NPCs were removed during the Rio Update, and are planned to be brought back in a large-scale overhaul of the map.
