Lewes is a low-tier town in UnOrdinary, where the criminal, Alana, operated.
Plot
At some point, this town was taken over by Alana, who bought Ability Amplifiers from Volcan.
Vigilante 2
Alana is easily taken down by Remi, under her Vigilante moniker, X-Rei. Blyke and Isen appear as well to get footage of Remi and Alana's fight. Remi later has Alana tied up in an abandoned lot and questions her on the origin of the injection wounds on Alana's arm. It turns out that Alana' has been injecting drugs into her system to make herself stronger. When Alana initially resists, Remi attempts to come to a compromise by letting her go, if she stops bullying the townspeople and tell her the drugs' origin. Alana ends up calling the mysterious Volcan. [1]
When Alana tries to get the ability-enhancing drug from Volcan, Volcan stabs her, and proceeds to attack Remi. Remi takes in Volcan's ability--flaming claws-- and comes to the conclusion that Volcan is EMBER, and the one who killed her brother Rei.
Remi puts up an impressive fight, but Volcan proves too much for her to handle alone. Isen is visibly shaken by Alana's death and the lady's sheer power, while Blyke attempts to get Isen to snap out of it. [2]
Blyke gets a traumatized Isen to snap out of his shock. Remi struggles to get up to meet another of Volcan's attacks when Blyke's first laser beam pierces Volcan's underarm area, forcing her back a few feet. Blyke shoots another couple of beams at her while Remi charges Volcan again, only to be stabbed in the side. Remi collapses and Volcan is about to finish her off when a masked Isen knees Volcan in the jaw, launching her away. Blyke is able to keep Volcan at bay just long enough for Isen to pick up a severely injured Remi and escape. [3]

The only known resident is Alana.
