The Stained Apron is an armor item found in Hotland. It is located south from the Right Floor 2 crossroads room. Its offensive counterpart is the Burnt Pan.

- The Stained Apron cannot be obtained in the Genocide Route, as Floor 2 is blocked.
- In the room containing the Stained Apron, there is a 1 in 30 chance that a monster silhouette (resembling one used in the CORE) will appear to the right edge of the room. This chance is calculated when the room is entered.
