Sev is a child in Ultraman Kids. He is the genius who created the spaceship that would later house Maa, Piko, Taa, Bal and Gutsun. He is the Kid78 version of Ultraseven.

Sev is the good friend of Maa and Piko, and usually is the 'brains' of the group.
Ultraman Kids: 30 Million Light-Years in Search of Mother
8 years after the events of Ultraman Kids, Maa, seeing his classmates excited to see their parents again, began to feel homesick. Taa and Sev and the rest decided to help the young Ultra in finding his parents. Hobbling together stuff from the trash and recycling shed, Sev was a key component in making this stuff work. When the ship was finished, and christened the 'Kid Star' by Rookie, Sev served as the pilot and flew to the many planets Maa's parents could be.
