Oxley is the wife of Goruba and mother of Gakinko in the series, Chibira-kun.
History
Chibira-kun
Originally being the wife of Goruba, Oxley is stated to have gone missing or died off screen. Oxley solely exists as a painting in Gobura's home, hanging on the wall, reacting to the antics of her husband and son. Although she did appear in at least one episode out of the painting.
