Ororo has Zeron's roars from Spectreman, and at some points during the episode, Ororo possess Midoron's roar and Nezubirdon's growls but slowed down (also from Spectreman).

Electric Blast: Ororo can fire blasts of electrical energy from his mouth, whether as a beam or a small volley of blasts from his mouth.
Feline Mind Control: A power granted by Ururu. Ororo, through some unknown means, was able to take control of the mind of a cat, turning it red and savage.
Pain Resistance: All dinosaurs under Ururu's mind control will continue to fight no matter how badly they are hurt.
