Trivia

  • The introduction of KCB in Ultraman Gaia was intended to emphasize that the "news network" not only played a significant role in the ongoing battles between monsters and Ultraman, but also helped illustrate how society changes during monster appearances. At times, it even critiqued the GUARD system, adding a sense of realism to the story.[1]
  • The KCB members, Tabata, Rimbun, and Reiko, were characters created by the writer Chiaki J. Konaka, with their inspiration drawn from the characters in Ultra Q: Jun Manjome, Ippei Togawa, and Yuriko Edogawa.
