Degouf (デグーフ, Degūfu) was a golem Kaiju that appeared in Ultraman Tiga Side Story: Revival of the Ancient Giant.

History

Ultraman Tiga Side Story: Revival of the Ancient Giant

Some time ago in Tiga Village, before Tsubasa Madoka's time travel into the era, Degouf attacked the village until Ultraman Tiga appeared. The two fought, ending when Tiga performed the Tiga Multi Kick on Degouf, blowing him apart before the giant walked away to the mountains and faded. ^{Ultraman Tiga Side Story: Revival of the Ancient Giant}

Trivia

• Degouf was labeled as Genie of Darkness (闇の魔神, Yami no Majin) in the film while his true name appeared in Tsuburaya's All Monster Photobook.
• Unlike its successor, Dogouf, Degouf's eyes were blue and his whole body painted black without any decorations.
• Alongside Dogouf, Degouf is based on a Dogū, a kind of clay figurine produced in Japan during the late Jōmon period.
