Weblock is the royal advisor in the Palace of Blackthorn in Ultima V.

The Avatar met him right away after entering the castle. Weblock said where to find Lord Blackthorn, but warned that he normally isn't in the mood for visitors. He also was knowledgeable about the various other inhabitants of the castle and how to reach them, as well as how to reach certain locations within the castle.
