Skitle was a bony skeleton that lived in Trinsic during the time of Ultima IV.
Skitle had, for some reason, left the dungeon Shame, and was hiding among some trees in Trinsic. The Stranger, following a clue from Quix, asked the skeleton if it knew anything about the Purple Stone. Skitle said that it had seen the Stone used in the Altars of Truth and Courage (though it didn't say who had been using it there), and that the Stranger should look for it in Shame.
