Publius was a fighter that lived in Trinsic during the time of Ultima IV.
The Stranger met him inside The Keg Tap tavern. Publius was very tired, drinking and toasting to Honor. He told the Stranger that Honor gives greatness, and that if Honor was to be taken from him, nothing would be left.
