Nigel was a noble mage that lived in the Lycaeum during the time of Ultima IV.
Nigel taught spells, and his specialty was Recall. When the Stranger, following a tip from Nigel's apprentice Shazom, asked him about Recall, Nigel told him that it needed ash, ginseng, garlic, silk, bloodmoss, and mandrake.
