Mitre is a radiant ranger who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Skara Brae.

The Stranger finds her at the northeastern entrance to town reading a wizard's journal. The journal tells of the white stone saying that it is no longer in Hythloth and Mitre directs the Stranger to ask of it at The Keg Tap in Trinsic.
