Lord Malone is the lord of Serpent's Hold during the time of Ultima V.
Lord Malone spoke of how this area was entrusted to his ancestors by Lord British in payment for their deeds of Valor, and that his great grandfather was the famous Sir Percy, who'd cleared the local countryside of dragons some decades ago.
Lord Malone feared that Lord British was no more, or he'd have dealt with Blackthorn and the Shadowlords long ago. He then also mentioned the name of the Shadowlord of Cowardice, Nosfentor, to the Avatar, cautioning to never yell the name, or it could have consequences.
