Jimmy is the sickly son of Woolfe of Trinsic in Ultima V.
After speaking with his father, the Avatar visited Jimmy at the lake. Jimmy was very knowledgeable about ships and told the Avatar of the HMS Cape, a ship that had been much more endurable and faster than any other ship, adding that part of the power came from the Wheel of the HMS Cape (which the Avatar had found in Ultima IV). Jimmy added that the plans for the ship are rumored to be still in possession of Master Hawkins.
Ultima V: Lazarus

Jimmy's role was more critical in Ultima V: Lazarus. Here, the Oppression used Jimmy's sickness to force his father to create weapons for them. The Avatar however helped to get the fitting cure from Yew and also told Jimmy stories about his past adventures at sea, re-enforcing his wish to become owner of his own ship.

In the Ultima 6 Project, Jimmy had made his dream true, although his ship had been damaged by gargoyles. After the siege was broken, Jimmy asked the Avatar for help to repair the ship, and rewarded the party with reagents after it was done.
