Isabella is the mayor of Minoc in Ultima VI.
Isabella was an elegant woman, who knew of the Avatar's exploits well, and was eager to offer all the assistance possible. Isabella told the Avatar that a painting produced by Woodruffe during Ultima V bore a startling resemblance, so he was readily recognizable. She was proud of the Artist's Guild in Minoc, and told the Avatar thet their leader Selganor held the Rune of Sacrifice.
Isabella also confided in the Avatar that Tara the healer knew the mantra of sacrifice. Perhaps because Minoc was not in close proximity to any of the shrines, it was largely untouched by the Gargoyle invasion. Isabella mentioned that she had never seen a Gargoyle.
