Heywood was a tall ghost who haunted the ruins of old Magincia in Ultima IV. Counseling the Stranger to avoid Pride at the cost of shame, when asked about the mantra of Humility as adviced by Casperin, it redirected the hero to seek out Faultless for the mantra of Pride.
Heywood also asked the Stranger if the hero was proud. If the Stranger answered "yes", he would lower his Humility; if the hero answered "no", he would raise his Humility.
