Glinkie is an adventurer found in Paws in Ultima V.
When meeting him, Glinkie was trying to visit the guild for their peer gems, saying that they should come in handy for him to find the Shrine of Spirituality. Glinkie feared that the shrine was destroyed, but revealed that using the right Word of Power and then the fitting mantra (this three times) can restore a shrine. However, he had no idea how to reach the Shrine of Spirituality.
When the Avatar told him that it was accomplished by using a moongate at midnight, Glickie realized that this meant the shrine couldn't be destroyed by outside forces.
