Donya is the owner of the Wayfarer's Inn in Britain in Ultima V. In the original game, she had—like all shopkeepers—very little dialogue, which only consisted of offering the services.
In the Ultima V: Lazarus version of the game she had real dialogue and talked about her various views on the political situation of Britannia, trying to not get cornered, as she just wanted to do business without any preference in politics.
