Desiree is the kitchen girl of Castle Britannia.
When meeting the Avatar in Ultima V, Desiree spoke of how she helped her grandmother Margaret with the meals, complaining how much the guards were eating. But then she added that none was worse that Lord Stuart the Hungry, revealing that he was working on the spell Create Food to still his never-ending hunger.
