Algar is a greedy man found in Minoc during Ultima IX.
Algar demanded 20 gold pieces from the Avatar for every bit of information. He was willing to answer wuestions about the gypsies, Covetous, and the human sacrifices authorized by Raxos. After the shrine was restored, he was angry, since it meant he could no longer press money out of people.
