Aesop is a small man who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Jhelom.
Sir Hrothgar told the Stranger that Aesop knows the mantra. He is found hiding outside of Willard's Weaponry and upon asking told the Stranger that the mantra of Valor is 'RA'.
