MiSaMo (Japanese: ミサモ, Hangul: 미사모) (Mi/na, Sa/na, and Mo/mo) is the first sub-unit of TWICE. The members consists of 3 Japanese members: Momo, Sana and Mina. They made their debut in Japan on July 26, 2023 with the mini album, Masterpiece.
History
Pre-debut
Before their debut, the trio released an OST of the Japanese drama Liaison: Kodomo no Kokoro Shinryosho (Liaison: Children's Heart Clinic) called "Bouquet". The song was released shortly after the release of TWICE's pre-release English track, "Moonlight Sunrise".
They were also featured on the cover of March 2023 Vogue Japan Magazine.
2023
MiSaMo made their official debut with the mini album, Masterpiece released on July 26, 2023. They also have their own debut showcase for five days, starting on July 22–23 at INTEX Osaka Hall 5 and July 25–27 at Pia Arena MM.
2024
MiSaMo returned with their second mini album, HAUTE COUTURE released on November 6, 2024. They embarked on their first Japan dome tour with six shows on November 2–3 at Belluna Dome and November 16–17 at Kyocera Dome Osaka.
2025
MiSaMo added new shows for their "HAUTE COUTURE" dome tour on January 15–16, breaking the record for the "fastest Tokyo Dome performance by a female artist".[1]
On March 16, 2025, the trio were the guest to throw the opening pitch for MLB World Tour Tokyo Series between Los Angeles Dodgers and Chicago Cubs held at the Tokyo Dome.
They will released their second OST of the Japanese live-action film adaptation Kakukaku Shikajika (Blank Canvas: My So-Called Artist's Journey) entitled "Message" on May 16, 2025. It was released 2 days after TWICE's fifth best album, #TWICE5.

- Before debuting as Twice, Sana was supposed to debut in a 6 members group 6mix with Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo and Minyoung (SIXTEEN) replacing Cecillia who left the group. However, the plan was cancelled due to Lena's departure.
- Mina and Momo were part of the Japan team of JYP trainees.
- They are each from different cities in Japan: Sana from Osaka, Momo from Kyoto and Mina from Kobe. These are major cities of the Kansai Region.
- According to Mina's mother, Mina only learnt to speak Japanese in a Kansai dialect after meeting Momo and Sana in Korea, especially with Sana having the most pronounced Kansai accent.
- When they were trainees, they wished that all 3 of them can debut in the same group, and that wish has fulfilled by debuting with Twice.
- They wrote the lyrics to Shot Thru The Heart from Summer Nights together.
- Mina is the only member of the J-line and of Twice to be born outside of Asia. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, but moved to Japan as a toddler.
