Smoker is a cut character from TUGS. He was planned to be a large steam-powered bucket dredger who would work in Bigg City Port.

Personality

Smoker is described by Paul Knight as being a tough sort of character, based on Telly Savalas in his role as Lt. Theo Kojak in the crime drama series Kojak.^[1]

Basis

Smoker is based on a steam powered Bucket Dredger.

Livery

In concept art, Smoker is depicted as being painted light grey. He has a black stripe around the top of his stack and the letter "S" underneath in red. His name is painted on the sides of his hull in white.
