The Salvage Team is located upriver. Judging by the title, a salvage company's main job is likely to rescue vessels in danger of being destroyed or salvage damaged vessels. Despite this, the tugs from the Star and Zero fleets are not restricted from profiting off destroyed vessels either.
No members were ever established anytime in the show, referred merely to once as the "Salvage Team".
