Trivia
- Castle Vision is infamous for the VHS releases being in horrendous quality, including the sound for the Australian releases. The company was also known for misleading its target audience (being older children) away from TUGS with the slogan, "From the producers of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends" on all their VHS covers.
- In June of 1988, a showreel tape for Castle Vision was produced to showcase various shows they had acquired for their launch. The end of the tape contained their announcement for their acquisition for TUGS. The video utilized for the announcement was from the original UK version of the Sizzle Reel.
