You Never Know is the seventh and final story in the 1986 Annual.
Plot
Toby tells Thomas and Percy a story about his old line and how he and Henrietta were sad because nobody travelled with them as buses had taken them all away. But one day, a bus crashed through roadwork signs and got stuck in a deep hole. Luckily for the passengers, Toby and Henrietta came to the rescue and brought them all back home.
