Toby's Village is a small riverside settlement along Toby's Branch Line. It is downstream from the Dam, which protects the village from the river overflowing.
History
Once, during a period of high rain, Toby discovered the dam upstream from the town was leaking. While Toby was on his way back to try and warn the villagers of the danger, the dam partially collapsed, leading to the village being flooded. Once the flood was over and the dam had been mended, the villagers held a party in honour of Toby's bravery, hosted by the Fat Controller.[1]

- Concept art of the village from the fifth series shows that it was originally intended to be much closer to Toby's Flood Bridge and was meant to be shown being flooded in the episode.
