Tied Up is a magazine story.
Plot
One day, Thomas' driver is late. Percy's explains that 'tied up' means Thomas’ driver is busy at the moment. Next day, Percy's driver has the morning off. Harold is carrying some important goods in a net. He boasts to the little engines that he can carry much faster. And later, they see Harold again, but with an empty net. Suddenly, it slips off Harold's hook and lands on Percy. Thomas rushes to get help from the Main Station, and the workmen work together to unravel Percy. Thomas knows what 'tied up' actually means, much to Percy's annoyance.
