The Waterfall is located on Toby's Branch Line near Ulfstead. It is down the river from the dam and is crossed by a bridge. Once an old bridge broke and swept Toby and his crew down towards the waterfall. Thankfully, he was rescued with the help of Percy and Harold.[1]

Trivia
- In a deleted scene from the third series episode Heroes, the waterfall set was redressed to represent another location. The waterfall and many of the trees from the set were removed and new rock formations were added in their place.
- The waterfall was originally intended to appear in Thomas and the Magic Railroad as the location where Mr. Conductor would find the clue to the source of the Gold Dust on a scrap of paper. It was later replaced in the script by the Sodor Grain Windmill.
