The Traveller

The Traveller is a wooden platform with scaffolding mounted on top of three conflats across three tracks. It was used to replace roof beams during the restoration of Ulfstead Castle. Thomas, Percy and James were given the job of pulling it into position. It was seen in King of the Railway but not referred to by name, though the book adaptation refers to it as "the traveller".

One of these was later seen at San Francisco Docks when Thomas went on his trip around the world.
