Stardust Pictures is Dino Athanassiou's production company.
They helped produce Series 12 and suggested Nitrogen Studios for animating the show. They created a test pilot of the eleventh series episode, Thomas and the Stinky Cheese for the HiT Entertainment executives.
Other work includes, "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron", "Gnomeo and Juliet", "The Hunger Games", "Shark Tale", "Madagascar" and "The Sorcerer's Apprentice".

CGI Testing
In 2008, Thomas and the Stinky Cheese was used for a CGI testing[1][2] by Stardust before the series switched over to Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) animation. A few of these re-created clips can also be seen in a 2009 CGI promo featured on certain DVDs.
