Minako Saito (斉藤 美菜子, born on 3rd April in Osaka) is a Japanese voice actress who provides voices for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends.
She has provided voices for various animes, but is best known for voicing Ookubo from "Inari Kon Kon".
