Mikoto Nakai (中井 美琴, born on 11 March 1979 in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actress who voices characters in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends starting in the twenty-second series.
She is best known for voicing Amity Blight from "The Owl House".
