Kazuyoshi Hosoya

Kazuyoshi Hosoya (細谷 カズヨシ, born on 11 March in Shizuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese voice actor who provided voices in the Japanese dub of Journey Beyond Sodor. He would later go on to voice Whiff in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
