Himari Mochida (望田 ひまり, born on 7 August in Tokyo) is a Japanese voice actress who provides a voice for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends in the twenty-fourth series. She would later go on to voice Riff in the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
