Fun Cubes, also known as Thomas' Fab Fun Cubes, are a toy that was manufactured by Inspiration Works for the UK market in 2008. The toy features 5 Cubes featuring 6 characters from up to the eleventh series and The Great Discovery. They also feature a base where the face up character will have its name read when the cube is pressed into it, with a "Quiz" mode that has you press a face up character that is identified by the toy.

- The prototype depicts the vehicles in their model promos, while the Fat Controller uses his 2D promo art. The final release correctly depicts him in his model promo, possibly to fit in with the vehicles' promos.

Goofs
- Buster is misidentified as George.
- During the finding game when you are told to look for the Fat Controller, the voiceover says, "Find Fat Controller," when the correct saying should be "Find the Fat Controller."
- Several characters have the wrong whistle and horn sounds, while others do not make any sound at all, such as:
- Emily shares the same whistle sound as Henry.
- Percy's whistle is at one step lower in pitch.
- Donald has Douglas' fourth series whistle sound at one step higher in pitch.
- Fergus shares the same whistle sound as Spencer.
- Murdoch has Arthur's whistle sound.
- Rosie has Duck's whistle sound at two octaves higher in pitch.
