Ajim is a camel.
Biography
While Sir Topham Hatt was at Dakar Docks, Ajim picked up his hat and ate it while he was talking to a man. Ajim later joined Sir Topham Hatt, the man and some other camels when they went through the Sahara to look for Thomas.

The Sodor Animal Park owns two camels.
Biography
During Christmas time, the heating boiler at the Sodor Animal Park broke down and Thomas took the camels along with the other animals to Tidmouth Sheds to keep them warm.

Percy once transported some camels along with his goods train, however, his side rods broke on the way. The camels helped Percy by taking the cargo for him.[2]
