Boat Afloat is a magazine story.
Plot
Percy takes the Mayor to open a lifeboat station by the pier. Bulstrode is jealous because he wants to be the only attraction on the beach. That night a storm sweeps Bulstrode out to sea. He is rescued by the lifeboats and the following day, the lifeboat's crew are given medals for bravery. Now, Bulstrode is glad to have the lifeboat station close by.
