Shien

Shien (紫煙(しえん),, Shien) is a smoke pipe tsugumomo and member of Mayoiga.

Mayoiga Revolt Arc

Shien participates in Mayoiga's battle against Honoka, creating clouds of smoke to act as footholds allowing his allies to battle in the air. When Miurahi dies he is able to save Tanmen from falling but unable to create enough clouds to catch everyone. Honoka saves the remaining Mayoiga tsugumomo from falling. Shien was likely taken to Tsuzura Temple but is not seen amongst those saved by Kazuya Kagami and his group, or amongst those rescued after the conclusion the Nine Masters Tournament.

Etymology

• The name Shien means "purple, violet" (紫) (shi) and "smoke, fume" (煙) (en), which literally means "purple smoke, tobacco smoke" altogether.
