SIGNAL #349, officially posted as "WAVes, Get Over Here: SIGNAL 230829" is the 349th episode of the SIGNAL series.
Summary
Preparing themselves for their broadcast performance at The Show, LOVElution hang out at their waiting room for as most of them share their TMIs for the day.
Nien shows her colorful bunny outfit, something that she considers to be her dining companion whenever she's eating snacks.
Meanwhle, SoHyun plays with red lighting before teasing HyeRin's strange behavior, which is apparently something that "high schoolers normally do." SoHyun tries to get Kaede to show off an impressive dancing move, only to insist about having no clue what her unnie meant while also receiving some humorously annoying banters from HyeRin.
Xinyu shares her thoughts about being the ending fairy for their "The Show" stage, which she elegantly and humbly feels grateful for, whereas DaHyun behind her is also seen enjoying her sandwich. Once the members have lunch, LOVElution leaves their waiting room to rehearse their b-side, Complexity. Afterwards, SoHyun films a self-cam to express her excitement over having to finally perform Complexity on stage.
Finally, after recalling the iconically adorable scene from the Rising era's SIGNAL 217, Kaede finally makes her promise (from SIGNAL 340). Going back to the same wall, Kaede recreates her "get over here" bit, and now with DaHyun. In their new version, the pair mess around as they film more than one new versions of the scene in a series of cute and hilarious do-overs.
Trivia
- On August 29th 2023, The Show is the music show where LOVElution had first performed their promoted b-side, Complexity.
- Before heading to rehearse Complexity, YuBin and HyeRin made a reference to STAYC's Bubble by doing its iconic hand move. STAYC also performed on The Show that day and was the winner with Bubble.
- Turns out, the reference that the two have made was actually a hint to STAYC, specifically Isa and J, doing the Girls' Capitalism challenge with them.[1] Conversely, the two LOVElution members have also performed the Bubble challenge with the same STAYC members, albeit later during Music Bank on September 1st 2023.[2]
- Interestingly enough, YuBin and J are both former trainees from JYP Entertainment.[3]
