"High Tension" (Japanese: ハイテンション) is the eighth single album by BNK48. It was released on March 13, 2020 with "High Tension" serving as the single's title track.
All tracks were pre-released in early 2020; "Dode Di Dong" on January 16, "จากใจผู้สาวคนนี้" on January 26, and "High Tension" on February 23.
The physical release comes in two editions: CD and as a music card. The music card comes in multiple versions, with two covers per member and one standard cover.
It was later included on their third studio album, Warota People.
