ALALA (Thai: อาลาล่า; Japanese: アララ; Korean: 아라라) is a four-member girl group under White Fox. They debuted on October 11, 2022 with the digital single "Not A Chance".
Their name is based on the Ancient Greek battle cry used to give each other courage and frighten the enemy.[1]
History
Pre-debut
On September 23, 2022, White Fox officially introduced their newest girl group ALALA, as well as their official social media accounts being opened.[2]
2022: Debut with "Not A Chance", "Hurt Me"
On October 3, the group's debut schedule was released, revealing that the group would debut a week later on the 11th.[3] The group officially debuted on October 11 with the digital single "Not A Chance".
On November 21, a teaser video with a voice note was revealed through their official SNS.[4] One day later on November 22, it was confirmed that the group would make a comeback with their second digital single titled "Hurt Me".[5]
