You can speed up things in Township using T-cash depending on the length of time to finishing, so that you don't need to wait.

Things you can speed up include:
Crops, factory goods, helicopter, trains, airplane, ships, refresh market offers, building community buildings, building factories, building houses, building special buildings, land expansions, zoo enclosures, zoo expansions, upgradable decorations, etc.

• During Professor's Experiments Event (July 2020), gold pass users who have obtained two minutes perk can complete crops early for free when there is only two minutes left (later for wheat) for that crop to be finished.
