Lazlo is a student at Tower Prep. Ian uses his preflex ability to catch him delivering notes. He has a work study job, delivering memos for the school administration. As part of his training, he uses his ability to deliver notes without being seen.
Ability
Lazlo is very stealthy and apparently can move with exceptional speed, as well as slip notes into people's pockets without them even noticing until they put their hands in them. Even after being caught, he was able to 'vanish' right before the four students.
