In 73. A.D., Verona, Arianna went to Imperios as she heard of a talented gladiator. Seeing him in action, she proposed to the owner that Zeno to fight in a main event against the Manticore, a beast nobody has beaten.
Arianna came to Imperios, offering big prize and fight at the main event in Rome. Arianna then approached Zeno and said he was chosen to fight the Manticore and if he was scared, but Zeno told her he was honored. When Talos said he was against the fight, Arianna was surprised to hear they are "brothers".
Later in Rome, Arianna was observing Zeno's fight with the Manticore. When Zeno managed to cut the Manticore's tail, Arianna was satisfied with the fight and said that if he manages to win, she will take him in her inner circles, so he doesn't need to fight anymore. But Zeno's owner, told her that wasn't what Zeno wants and that he wants to live with his brother, Talos. Arianna found Talos hideous and wanted only to take Zeno. In that moment Sextus introduced himself and said he had an idea for that. As she saw Zeno surprise win and hear Sextus plan, she agreed to it.
