Sunshine Cheese (サンシャインチーズ Sanshain chi-zu) is a specially cooked ingredient served in the "Disappearing Cuisine" restaurant.
Unless it is eaten while being hit by the sunlight it gets as hard as a rock. Out of all the delicate ingredients in Disappearing Cuisine, this is the easiest (second to a cooked Bubble Fruit) to consume since all one needs to do to eat it is keep it near sunlight.
