Rock Mimic (ロックミミック Rokku Mimikku) is a Crustacean Beast found in the Gourmet World.
Anatomy
Rock Mimic is a tough beast with rocky crest covering its head, spine and part of its tail. Despite being a crustacean beast, it bears numerous amphibian features, such as smooth skin and frog-like feet. They have three-piece jaws full of sharp teeth.
Behavior
They are social creatures that hunt in herds. They camouflage themselves as rocks.
Powers and Abilities
Being a Gourmet World beast with Capture Level in thousands, they are incredibly powerful beasts, surpassing any found in the Human World. They hunt in herds, giving them great advantage and power. Their rock defense seems to be very powerful. They can freely elongate their tail and spray poisonous mist from its tip.
History
A group of Rock Mimics was seen feasting on a carcass when Toriko was searching for Komatsu in the Gourmet World. Upon sensing his presence, they quickly ran away.
